We are searching for an amazing recruiter to help identify, interview & hire the best sales & marketing talent across the South Asia region (main focus is Singapore & Sydney). 



  • Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques like LinkedIn, FaceBook, Indeed, employee referrals, recruiting events, etc.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with the sales & marketing leadership
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, Compensation, and HR business partners)
  • Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
  • Positive, can-do attitude towards accomplishing goals and promote meeting objectives as a team
  • Promote company branding within industry through job fairs, networking, and creating marketing materials


  • 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team, especially focused on sales & marketing roles across South Asia
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Previous use of applicant tracking system like iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse, Jobvite, etc.
  • 3+ years’ experience writing Boolean search strings to identify talent Possess high level of flexibility and good customer service skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict timeline
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success with building passive pool of candidates, as well as just-in-time recruiting
  • Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to managing interviews, capturing feedback and keeping passive candidates ‘warm’
  • Demonstrated experience working with Ministry of Manpower guidelines with a focus on hiring Singaporean natives & permanent residents while using a smart balance of S & E passes
