The international sales enablement senior manager leads the on-boarding and training of our Inside Sales Reps and Maintenance/Renewals reps in EMEA and APAC, and enables our channel professionals to serve our partner community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as EMEA and APAC program manager for the new hire on-boarding programs, continuing education initiatives, product release training, and product certifications
  • Design and develop timely and effective learning solutions in multiple formats (iLT, viLT, digital formats, performance supports, and on-the-job development)
  • Leverage expertise in instructional systems design, inside sales knowledge and technology acumen to custom build and deliver highly consumable content
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on our core products, including the underlying technology, customer personas and pain points, use cases, etc.
  • Make optimal use of our internal knowledge and learning management systems
  • Lead the development of a curriculum our channel professionals can deliver to on-board and train channel partners
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders including sales and renewals leaders, sales engineers, product marketing, and L&D
  • Design to and measure against performance and business outcomes; regularly report on program effectiveness

  • Sales Acumen: understanding of prospects and a sense of how to approach a sale
  • Technical Knowledge: working understanding of IT concepts including networks, systems, and virtualization technology
  • Initiative: able to solve problems and ask for help when needed in order to independently move self and projects forward, in a fast paced, high volume culture
  • Program Management: able to prioritize, scope, plan, and execute to independently move projects forward in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Facilitation: strong facilitation skills that drive high levels of participant engagement
  • Collaboration: able to partner with the business to identify and address the root causes of performance needs to improve sales metrics
  • Communication: crisp, compelling and practical style of writing, editing, speaking
  • Confidence: executive presence to credibly and confidently work with reps and sales leadership in and out of the classroom


Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales, sales operations or sales enablement, designing and delivering sales and technical training to sales professionals
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and technical training
  • Experience in a fast-paced, iterative organization
  • Ability to travel as needed to global offices
  • Able to flex to accommodate global time zones
