    SolarWinds is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan / implement / optimize campaigns across various digital channels. This is an exciting pan EMEA opportunity in which you will execute on a variety of broad-based marketing programs, including display, email and web merchandising, and report on the performance of each campaign element.

    Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet aggressive deadlines. And because we’re metrics driven, we’re also looking for someone with a strong analytical acumen who is willing to track projects from start to finish. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is able to prioritize based on business goals.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Support in all aspects marketing operations - from creative campaigns to digital marketing operations
    • Campaign creation: Email, social media, display, AdWords, PPC, activations, events
    • Campaign tracking using Marketo, Tableau, Excel, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Business Manager/Power Editor to execute, manage and track campaigns
    • Collaborate with key suppliers & agencies on localization, content, creative, media, promotional items
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against business targets. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
    • Work with Channel Partners to support marketing campaigns and activities (Events, Collateral, Advertising, Promotional Items)
    • Support in budget management

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of relevant digital marketing experience or internship
    • Understanding and using all methods of marketing including inbound marketing, lead generation, social media, digital marketing as well as event management and any other avenues required to achieve the KPIs set
    • Experienced in hmtl to support digital marketing campaigns – emails, landing pages a plus
    • Detail orientated & execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in collaborative work environments
    • Strong analytical acumen
