The Training Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the global Technical Training team on day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation, and will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. The Technical Training team is responsible for training our customers on our products, and also for training our Customer Support organization to enable customer success. You should have a strong understanding of cloud and web based business applications, experience with data management and reporting, and strong analytical skills and immense attention to detail. The role will be ideally suited to a Graduate Business Analyst or Project Manager who will play a pivotal role within a dynamic and vibrant environment. The ideal candidate for this position will be a recent graduate, previous experience working in an administration or trainee position is preferred but not essential.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other training systems
Rendering and publishing of content (video, SCORM and other)
Testing content and LMS system changes
Acquire, publish and maintain third party technical training content to meet business needs
Maximize training quality with surveys and other student feedback metrics
Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards
Understand the Customer Support Organization processes, systems, capabilities and limitations
Work with Customer Support, Customer Success, Development, Testing and Product Management teams
Assist the training team on training projects
Own and run ad-hoc training projects
Solves issues and problems
Manage the big picture while continuing to focus on the details
Bachelor's Degree - Business or technical discipline advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management ability
