    We are seeking an experienced technical trainer to design and develop training materials to be used in self-paced, live webinar, and instructor-led classroom training.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with members of the training team and product experts in designing, developing, and maintaining courses on our products
    • Create learning content such as videos, interactive eLearning modules, presentations, demos, simulations, activities and assessments to be used in technical trainings
    • Design effective and visually appealing graphics to be used in training materials, following corporate brand guidelines
    • Develop training components that provide engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences
    • Identify gaps in training through auditing of existing knowledge
    • Participates in certification and accreditation exam development
    • Performs peer review of course and lab content as assigned
    • Assist with the implementation of the team’s KCS program
    • Assist with the team’s quality assurance program
    • Complete other learning and development related tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
    • Prior experience with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is preferred
    • Foundational knowledge of technical topics such as networking, windows operating systems, event logs, etc. preferred
    • Prior experience in a technical support role preferred
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
