    We’re looking for a Campaign Strategist to help coordinate, plan, and execute campaigns to drive feature adoption, upsell and cross sell from current SolarWinds MSP customers. This role will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Campaign Operations, Channel Sales, Customer Success, Community and our content team. The ideal candidate will have had experience in planning, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns for a subscription-based software solution.

    Responsibilities

    • Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
    • Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement
    • Target happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and feature adoption campaigns
    • Plan, execute, and measure split A/B tests for customer cross-sell and upsell campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business
    • 4+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, lead generation
    • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms –Marketo and Salesforce knowledge necessary
    • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
    • Experience managing and optimizing a marketing budget
    • Strong passion for serving and understanding customers
    • Interpersonal skills to nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams
    • Incredibly creative marketing and communication skills
    • Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
    • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience
