The Sr. Director of Sales is responsible for building and managing a team of sales resources whose focus is to execute on a GTM model that works in Japan and is rooted in our traditional SolarWinds sales model. This sales model consists of selling software consistently and predictably to achieve pre-determined sales quotas and targets while ensuring a satisfied customer base to build a sustainable business for future success in the Country. The Sr. Sales Director is also responsible for business and channel growth which includes: OEMs, resellers, SIs, and distribution partners. In addition, the Director will work closely with regional leadership from marketing, renewals, tech support and product ensuring that we drive growth in Japan and are aligned internally.
