  • Overview

    As EMEA marketing manager, you’ll be instrumental in the daily activities of our EMEA marketing and sales teams. You will execute on a variety of broad-based marketing programs, work closely with regional sales teams, and enable our channel partners both to win new business and maximise reach into our EMEA customer base.
    Ideal candidates will possess advanced communication skills, must be detail orientated and be able to build trusting relationships at multiple levels in the organisation. Understanding of channel and digital marketing within the full marketing mix is essential.
    This is a fixed term contract starting ASAP until the end of June 2019.



    • Successfully plan, manage, implement and analyse marketing programs – quarterly plans, manage budgets and drive campaign ROI.
    • Work with regional and global marketing teams to ensure a holistic marketing plan is deployed across all geos.
    • Develop and execute regional sales play strategy and report on engagement.
    • Work with regional sales and marketing teams on content localization.
    • Reporting on pipe create by activity, rep and lead at a regional level.
    • Actively monitor and optimize campaigns.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to source suitable customers for case studies, and work with product marketing to develop new case studies by geo/sector/product.
    • Assist in the execution of regional events including webinars, SWUG (SolarWinds User Group), industry events etc.
    • Work with the channel team on channel enablement activities (training, assets, etc.) to encourage engagement & sales.
    • Work with other central HQ functions such as product marketing, content, creative, community, events, web teams to drive international requirements


    • 3-5 years of marketing experience in a multi-national environment, including hands-on experience with reporting, sales and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Tableau and Marketo.
    • Experience in the development and execution of integrated campaigns to support the upsell and cross-sell of products both through the channel and to an existing customer base.
    • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to measure KPIs.
    • An understanding of international business operations and regional nuances. Localization rather than translation.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet aggressive deadlines.
    • Detail orientated with an ability to prioritize work and clearly communicate.
    • Hands-on with all facets of the job and can think tactically.
    • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and drive and run programs independently.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in a collaborative work environment.
    • A can-do, high-energy spirit with an ability to navigate in a rapidly changing environment.
