    We’re looking for a new team member with an eye for detail for our Field Marketing team in Edinburgh.  In your role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing cross-functional marketing projects and will collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaign Strategists, Media Buyers, and our content team.  If you are a self-driven individual who enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, then we would be keen to talk to you.



    Supporting the Distribution Marketing Team by taking care of the day to day requests (internal and external).  Manage and own processes within the team such as organising content requests, marketing automation needs (Landing pages/Trial forms), as well as being the single point of contact for distributors.


    • Coordinate Events and resources required (Swag, POS material for Distributors). Align with Sales and Sales Engineering to cover presence at events
    • Single Point of Contact for Distributors (Marketing/Product requests) - Redirecting distributor related issues and requests to relevant colleagues/departments
    • Raise, process and own Content Briefs for the team, including but not limited to creation of landing pages, trial forms, pricing documents, product documents, marketing content (WP, eBook, Infographics) and video case studies
    • Coordinate translations of our core assets into our 5 core foreign languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian-Portuguese)
    • Coordinate and organise set up of online trainings/webinars/workshops (provided by the field team to distributors) once implemented
    • Actively partner with related groups in product marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, and corporate marketing to facilitate and manage cross-team efforts to help turn insights into practice
    • Own Distributor Marketing activity tracking in cooperation with the marketing automation department
    • Communication with distributors – such as creating and sending out monthly newsletters and monitor and own the forum (Field Team & Distributor Marketing contacts) once implemented
    • Create, own and manage POs for the Field Team



    • Relevant degree and/or relevant experience in an operations role
    • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo would be beneficial
    • Ability to work to deadlines and manage numerous projects simultaneously and effectively
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions
    • Ability to build relationships / Strong communication skills
    • Must be comfortable focusing on execution with an understanding of the overarching strategy
    • Ability to speak one of our European core languages would be highly beneficial
    • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to audience needs
    • Effective presenter, mediator, collaborator - regardless of org structure or hierarchy
    • Microsoft Office user – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
