Benefits Program Manager
The Benefits Program Manager will support the benefits strategy for the global employee benefit plans and programs. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits and support the design, implementation, communication, administration and evaluation of global benefit programs. This is a hands-on position that will involve analysis and project management of a variety of programs including retirement/pension, Health & Welfare, disability and time away programs, amongst others. The Benefits Program Manager will interact with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance/Accounting, and various external vendors in the deployment and administration of global employee benefit plans and programs.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
8 or more years experience working with employee benefit programs, including health & welfare, pension plans, life/death, disability, time away, etc.
Ability to manage projects, self-direct, manage multiple priorities and work in a results oriented environment
Strong attention to detail
Experience with US programs is strongly preferred, including 401(K) related administration (such as non-discrimination testing and audit support), and coordinating annual benefits open enrollement
Proficient working with MS Office and Excel to evaluate data and create summaries
Ability to communicate complex information in a clear manner
