Job Description:


  • Responsible for meeting distributor revenue targets for new and existing business in DACH across all products.
  • Motivation, direction and management of distributors.
  • Build and maintain a consistent and reliable funnel of opportunities and meet agreed contract volume and revenue targets for new business.
  • Retain and grow existing customers to agreed revenue targets by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of SolarWinds MSP solutions and benefits, and trends in the MSP market.
  • Engage internal SolarWinds MSP resources to ensure that customer needs are met and that product/support/billing problems are resolved successfully in a timely way.
  • Develop the skills and effectiveness of distributors’ sales teams at an individual and team level
  • Organise and lead customer events jointly with distributors for face-to-face selling.
  • Identify and recruit large prospective customers and win-backs from competitors by clearly conveying the benefits of switching to SolarWinds MSP.
  • Identify and maintain suitable alliances with partner vendors and industry bodies.
  • Relay customer feature requests to the product development team.
  • The role involves regular travel, primarily within DACH.
