This role will be responsible for taking the lead in the technical relationship with our customer base to help ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships. The successful candidate with the sales and the business account management team to win new business and increase sales to existing customers.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Pre-Sales product demonstrations
Manage prospect requirements and provide technical assistance during the onboarding process
Provide pres-sales support via online support tool
Provide trial orientations and walkthroughs focusing on SolarWinds strengths and capabilities
Respond to any questions as they arise
Post-sales activities include:
Work with Partners to assess and address client requirements during deployment of our products
Offer design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying SolarWinds products to Partner's networks
Problem identification and resolution during deployment
Deliver product training to both Partners and support staff, where needed
Experience in a similar role or as a Field/Networking Technician or System Administrator etc
Desirable industry certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.)
Ability to affectively convey the product message and value proposition through technical demonstrations, trade show demonstrations, and onsite training engagements
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
Ability to demonstrate planning, organisation and implementation skills to meet deadlines
