SolarWinds Singapore, is growing and we are looking for a Channel Account Manager who will team with us to deliver the products that has made SolarWinds successful. 

 

Working from our Singapore office you will be motivated, driven and have a zest for sales. You will be responsible for managing, deriving and converting leads into closed sales from your set geography with an attitude to over-achieve targets. You will also partner with Sales Engineering and Channel Partners to conduct web product demonstrations (online / onsite).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and validate channel distribution partners, then contract, build, support and manage channel relationships
  • Work with channels and our marketing team in achieving and sustaining quarterly sales and gross margin targets
  • Manage the deployment of marketing programs directed at attracting and/or sustaining qualified channel partners
  • Key strength is the ability to articulate company’s product strategic and technical benefits and advantages relative to competitor offerings
  • Support channel partners on joint sales and joint marketing activities
  • Provide best-in-class channel support
  • Other responsibilities include weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast accuracy, pipeline development and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

 

  • Experience in the South Asia market preferred
  • 3-5 years experience of selling in the software industry preferred
  • Successful track record of exceeding bookings and quota
  • Self-starter with the flexibility to lead, manage or contribute to changing market and sales needs with tactics that respond well to partner needs
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills with a strong partner focus in driving sales through various channel

    Preferences:
  • Successful track record in relationship based channel account management / IT resellers.
  • Experience building channel partner relationships in ASEAN Market
  • 2-3 years prior experience in an Inside Sales Role
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com
